ROJELIO RAMOS • San Diego, Ca
MUSICIAN • Composer • Producer
From the age of five Rojelio has been enthralled by drums, synthesizers, and symphonic music. Hearing the brilliant scores from pantheon composers Bruce Broughton, Jerry Goldsmith, and James Horner set a standard for what film music should be. Years later Rojelio unearthed the abilities of scoring to picture on Protools and from there on his passion burgeoned.
Though still in high school, Rojelio started a music production service fulfilling the musical needs of indie film makers and local bands. “Even on school nights I would compose music till 2 a.m. and winnow through the best ideas.” His approach to film scoring requires a blend of transparency and art to form a symbiotic narrative.
Rojelio spent 18 years as a house musician for Southwest Community Indian Wells; a mega church known for its diverse genres including country, rock, gospel, latin, jazz, and musical theater. “The opportunities in working with talented musicians, composers and producers was conducive and invaluable to my musical unfolding.”
With novel tunes and wide musical palette, Rojelio produces ultramodern scores, textures, and ambiance.
“At Lunar Warfare our mission is to render the ideal soundtrack and transport the audience to the moon.”
